I started my Instagram account and this website to share my story. My mission is to motivate you to love yourself and trust science when it comes to fitness and nutrition.
I’m Hoda, a mathematics and statistics scientist, as well as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I’m married to my best friend and a mother of two, living in beautiful Seattle.
Hoda has been my coach for over four months and my life has been changed since we started working together. Her in-depth scientific knowledge about nutrition and fitness helped me creating healthy and balaneced lifestyle with a focus on wholesome protein rich food and moderate exercise routine. My body feels much happier now and no more guilt pressure about eating. This is just a long journey of building a lifestyle and Hoda was there to help me taking the right first steps.

What I really liked about Hoda is the fact that she took into consideration that I am a working mom with a busy schedule. She created an amazing program that was easy to follow without much pressure. I never thought I could finally get in shape when I’m almost 50… but thanks to Hoda’s perfect diet and exercise plan, I am now in the best shape of my life.
