Why Coaching?

I started my Instagram account and this website to share my story. My mission is to motivate you to love yourself and trust science when it comes to fitness and nutrition. Consistency is key. Eating well -mostly vegetables and high quality protein- lifting weights, hydrating, and staying active (most days- yes! But not every day- I’m a mom, I get it, I know how busy life can be) and slowly but surely you’ll met your goals. The body I have today -as a 40-year-old mother of two working full time- is the best body I have ever had. Not only is it stronger and fitter, but I love it more than I ever have.

My goal is to make exercising and healthy eating a part of your busy life, something that is not only doable, but fun. It doesn’t have to be ridiculously hard, you don’t have to detox, nor do you have to eliminate specific foods to achieve your goals. With me you don’t have to worry about gimmicks, empty promises, or wild diets because I rely on science and the evidence it provides us to achieve your goals.
