Fitness
We will work together to come up with an exercise plan that fits your unique life. You’ll start slow, build new, healthy habits and we’ll modify and improve your fitness plan as needed. I’m honored to be a part of your fitness journey. This service includes:
Initial one hour consultation
Personalized weekly workouts
Weekly support and check ins
All services that I offer are highly customizable so that together we come up with a plan that is just right for you. You also have the option of adding:
Virtual sessions via Zoom
In person sessions, if you are local to the Seattle area (click here to read my COVID-19 safety policy)
Weekly phone sessions
Corrective training sessions (for example postpartum recovery training that focuses on pelvic floor dysfunction, rebuilding core strength, and healing abdominal separation)

Nutrition
Together we will create a personalized nutrition plan based on your goals and lifestyle. This service includes:
Initial one hour consultation
Weekly personalized macro planning: I meet you where you are and develop a specific total calorie, protein, fat, and carbohydrate plan that will work for you and your individual goals and lifestyle
Tracking via MyFitnessPal
Weekly email, text, or phone check ins
You also have the option to add these other services, as needed:
Educational grocery shopping trip: I can teach you how to effectively read food labels; when you may want to buy organic over conventional; and other topics that will help you be successful while grocery shopping
Recipe suggestions and meal planning ideas
Additional check ins: Perhaps you feel that weekly check ins are not enough for you, and you desire more frequent check ins throughout the week. Some clients request this when they are just starting out on their nutrition journey

Tech Industry Career Coaching
In 2012 I received my PhD in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. I worked first as a scientist, and then as a science manager. I understand about having to make educational and career decisions, such as: what level of education to pursue, working in academia or in the industry, whether to be an individually contributing scientist or to switch to management, and more. If you need assistance while navigating your own tech industry career, I offer one hour consultation sessions.
Data-Driven decision making
Data driven decision making is both an art and a science. We work together to use facts, metrics, and data to guide strategic decisions that align with your goals, objectives, and initiatives. We look at the tradeoff between the long-term and short-term risks and benefits of your decisions. This framework can be applied to many decisions in life, such as: whether to work full time or part time, have children, buy a house, and so forth.
I have limited weekly spots for this service, and the cost for this service is donation based (donations will go to a nonprofit organization of my choice). Using data to help others make their best decisions brings me joy. I look forward to helping you realize your goals so that you can live the life you have imagined for yourself.
Are we a good Fit?
I would love to be a part of your health journey. My services can provide you with the tools and information (and support!) that you need to build sustainable and healthy habits that will help you become your healthiest self. My work is driven and supported by strong scientific evidence. I do this work because it brings me joy to promote overall health, build muscles, help with recovery from pregnancy and labor, improve bone density, and so forth. I emphasize weight loss only when it is clinically needed. If you are looking for someone to assist you with specific competition goals, or to achieve a specific body type (such as six-pack abs, for example), we may not be the best fit.
Cost of Services
Please contact me for pricing. I aim to make my services accessible to those who are a good fit for me, despite any financial hardship. Therefore, I offer a sliding scale fee structure for my services. Please note that I have a very limited number of clients at any given time, since my coaching style involves frequent communication. This frequent communication is key to helping you get from where you are to where you want to be, through the building of sustainable healthy habits.
COVID-19 Safety Policy
I take your health and safety seriously. I am fully COVID-19 vaccinated and boosted, and I am covid cautious in my daily life. For in-person consultations and workout sessions, I only work with fully vaccinated (and preferably boosted) clients. I require that we both be fully masked at all times, with the exception of exercising outdoors when socially distanced.
